The fallen runner

Boston Globe photographer John Tlumacki was near the finish line when 78-year-old runner <a href="http://piersmorgan.blogs.cnn.com/2013/04/15/bill-iffrig-subject-of-iconic-boston-globe-photo-the-shock-waves-hit-my-whole-body-my-legs-just-started-jittering-around-i-knew-i-was-going-down/">Bill Iffrig was knocked down</a> by the first explosion at the Boston Marathon on April 15. The bombings left three people dead and injured more than 100. Iffrig got up and finished the race. Tlumacki's image of the fallen runner was widely published and selected for the cover of "Sports Illustrated."

  1. 1. I wrote about the Boston Marathon because it was such a traggic event.
    2. I didnt have much difficulty since the main part of this post was in a link to an interview
    3. I wanted the audience to be imforemed by the experince that this photographer had. Of course there is sadness within this traggic event.

  2. What else did you want the audience to know about? It is great that you include the link to the interview with this photographer as it is so important for people to recognize that there is a person behind the camera that is seeing all of this unfold. Well done including that.
